Replaced three legacy tools with one web app. Planning time per route dropped from 40 to 12 minutes.

Online booking, reminders and staff scheduling across 14 locations, integrated with their EHR.

Retail

Inventory sync for a furniture brand

Near real-time stock levels between warehouse, web shop and marketplaces. Oversells went to zero.

Finance

Reporting warehouse for an accounting firm

Automated monthly client reports that used to take a week of copy-and-paste.

How we work

  1. Discovery. Two weeks of interviews and prototypes to agree on scope and cost.
  2. Build. Fixed two-week iterations with a working demo at the end of each one.
  3. Launch. Gradual rollout, training for your team, written documentation.
  4. Care. Monitoring, updates and small improvements on a simple monthly plan.
